Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. Today is Books I’ve Added to my TBR and Forgotten Why. Most of the time, I will try to do Top Ten Tuesday. It is fun and you meet new book bloggers and you can go blog hopping. This week is Book Events/Festivals I’d Love to Go to Someday (Real or Fictional)

The Fictional Festivals that I would love to go!

1. Throne Of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Yulemas

The reason I chose Yulemas is because it talks about entrance of love into the world. Love always wins no matter what. It is showing love for your loved ones. I would not mind going to the masquerade ball at the Glass Castle in Adarlan on Yulemas. Just to see the dresses and suits the nobles wear. It looked fun to go to in the book when Celaena sneaked out of her room just to watch the ball through the wall.

2. Heir OF Fire by Sarah J. Maas

Beltane

Beltane sounds like a wonderful holiday celebration to go to. With all the music and the dancing and bonfires alight. Sounds like party I would go to! But I would not be jumping over the fires. Spending the evening with your dear friends and family dancing and having fun! It would be fun to watch the Fae to see how they have fun. I would be watching who would be jumping the fire as well!

3. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling

The Quidditch World Cup

I think that would be fun to go to. I love sports. It would be a very different and very unique event. It was my favorite part of the movie.

4. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling

Yule Ball

If this comes to reality then that will be so cool! Orlando has been talking about it. Here is the website, Click Here! Christmas is my favorite holiday. Spending some time at Hogwarts during Christmas time would be magical! Just to see the decorations and the smells, the food and the music. I would love to dress up in robes! Just to experience it!

5.     Wheel Of Time by Robert Jorden

Sunday

The people of Two Rivers celebrate it. It would have the small town feel and you would know everyone who is there. It sounds fun to be there. It is on the longest day of the year, the summer solstice.

I only stopped at 5 since that is all I can think of. Hope you like the list!

  1. Oh, you used fictional events! I love this! I’m not sure how comfortable I’d be with attending any balls or dances, but a Quidditch game would definitely be of interest!

  3. I love fictional festivals and these sound great. There’s something about a celebration or festival in another world to really inspire the imagination! Yule Ball would be so cool, and the fae celebrations as well.
